For every cup of Tomato Couscous, use 1 ½ cups of salted, boiling water (or stock) to steep the couscous until fluffy. Couscous can also be toasted before cooking for added nuttiness and texture. Couscous is an ideal side dish or addition to soups, salads, casseroles, and more.
