Tootsi’s Organic Spelt Fusilli is a curly-shaped noodle made from spelt flour. Spelt is an ancient wheat species that is nutty in flavor. This pasta cooks in a large pot of salted, boiling water for approximately 10 minutes (al dente), or until desired texture; ideal for pasta salads or serving with the sauce of your choice.
